Sunday, December 7th 2008 is the date for our End-of-Year Prize-giving function - the time and venue will be advised.

Wednesday, February 13th 2008 is the Hero Bowling fundraising event commencing at 7:00pm - the venue is to be advised.

Our Annual General Meeting will be held prior to bowling on Sunday, June 8th 2008 from 3:00pm at the Takapuna Bowling Centre.

Please note: there is no bowling on Easter Sunday, Queen's Birthday weekend or Labour weekend.

The first three days of bowling have been allocated for the acceptance of registration, team set-ups and generally an opportunity to gather new members and for all to ready themselves for competition commencement on Sunday, March 30th 2008.

To qualify for any end-of-year trophy or award, a bowler must be a current financial member of AGBO Inc. and have bowled a minimum of 21 league games in the Sail City League throughout the bowling year.

All points gained in the three competitions, by both individuals and teams, will accumulate to give the overall winners for the year.

The Sail City Bowling League 10 Pin Bowling rules and etiquette are governed by both the rules/bylaws and constitution of the Auckland Gay Bowling Organisation Inc. (AGBO Inc.), and the International Gay Bowling Organisation (IGBO) and the New Zealand Ten Pin Bowling Congress Inc.
